Family Medicine Physician
The Dimock Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care to our diverse urban community.
This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven, collaborative physician interested in building a practice that reflects their individual training and clinical interests. The role offers flexibility to practice across adult primary care, pediatrics, and reproductive and women’s health, with the specific clinical mix tailored to the interests and expertise of the successful candidate.
Whether your interests include caring for patients across the lifespan, focusing primarily on adults and adolescents, incorporating pediatric care, or maintaining a strong reproductive health component within your practice, we are interested in developing a role that makes the best use of your skills.

Dimock provides a broad range of integrated health services, including adult and pediatric primary care, behavioral health, obstetrics and gynecology, dental care, and eye care. Our multidisciplinary model allows physicians to care for the whole patient while working closely with colleagues across medical and behavioral health disciplines.
Role Overview
The Family Medicine Physician will manage a primary care panel and provide comprehensive care with the collaboration and support of an integrated team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical professionals.
The scope of practice can be individualized based on the physician’s interests and experience, with opportunities to provide care in adult medicine, pediatrics, and reproductive and women’s health. Physicians are not expected to practice in all three areas.
