The Dimock Center, a nonprofit, community-based health organization serving Boston’s neighborhoods, is seeking an EHR Analyst to support and optimize our electronic health record platform, eClinicalWorks (eCW).
This role is best suited for someone who understands how EHRs are used in real clinical settings and enjoys helping staff navigate, improve, and troubleshoot day-to-day workflows. The EHR Analyst serves as a key resource to providers, care teams, and operations staff—ensuring the system is practical, efficient, and aligned with how care is delivered.

In this role, you will directly support patient care by helping staff use the EHR effectively—resolving issues, improving workflows, and ensuring accurate, reliable data that supports clinical quality and access to services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day EHR issues for clinical and administrative users
Configure templates, schedules, workflows, and user access to support clinic operations
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to providers and staff
Support both onsite and remote users with system questions and workflow guidance
Partner with teams to identify and improve inefficient or inconsistent workflows
Assist with reporting requests and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Act as a liaison between operational staff and technical/reporting teams
Support tracking and reporting of quality measures and performance metrics
Review system updates and communicate changes clearly to staff
Participate in projects to improve EHR use, system performance, and user experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience
Experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred; other EHR experience considered
Background in a healthcare setting (e.g., community health, care coordination, medical office operations, or similar) strongly preferred
Experience supporting or training EHR users in a clinical environment
Comfort with reporting, data validation, or basic data analysis
Familiarity with HIPAA and patient data privacy standards
Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Nice to Have:
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports)
Exposure to quality metrics or healthcare performance reporting
