Summary / Objective
The Clinical Director of Psychiatry provides clinical oversight and strategic direction for the Psychiatry Department at The Dimock Center, encompassing both adult and child/adolescent services. This role blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities to strengthen Dimock’s mental health and addiction care programs within our integrated primary care setting.
We seek a compassionate, equity-oriented psychiatrist who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment. Leadership experience is preferred but not required—this position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled physician ready to take on their first director role and grow into a strong clinical leader with mentorship and support.
